Visitors with Disabilities

Access into the building is at street level and lifts are available to provide access to all levels of the building. Vertical access through the building is provided principally by three 12-person lifts, one located in the North VIP entrance, one in the South VIP entrance and one in the main entrance lobby.

Six dedicated viewing areas are provided, providing access for visitors with disabilities and their companions within the Arena. Please contact our Box Office for advice on accessible seating to suit individual requirements.

The Arena Box Office has a wheelchair accessible counter. Hearing Loop facilities are also available at the Box Office counter.

Assisted hearing facilities are available for the main auditorium - headseats are available from the Customer Services desk in the main foyer.

There are 10 unisex, wheelchair accessible toilets throughout the Arena.

Assistance dogs are welcome, but we ask that you bear in mind the noise levels at concerts or other loud events.
