Ticket Collections
Tickets may be picked up during normal Box Office hours or on the day of the event. Customers must present the booking reference and the credit/debit card used at the time of the booking.

We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro, Solo, cash or cheque [must be presented with guarantee card].

To purchase tickets online via Ticketmaster's secure website, click on your desired date and time. NB Online bookings subject to service charge.
Booking by phone
Call our Box Office on 028 9073 9074 or call Ticketmaster's 24-hr credit card hotline on 0870 243 4455. NB Phone bookings subject to service charge.
Booking by post
Enclose covering letter stating preferred show, date, performance and number of tickets. Send to: Odyssey Arena Box Office, 2 Queen's Quay, Belfast BT3 9QQ. Cheques should be payable to Odyssey Arena.
Unfortunately we cannot accept postal bookings for popular events that are expected to sell out in quickly.

Visit the Arena Box Office Mon - Sat from 10am -7pm or call into your nearest Ticketmaster outlet. NB Tickets purchased at Ticketmaster outlets subject to service charge.
